We're live right now. All right. Avocado. Is everybody avocado toast? That is the episode.
Okay. You guys got to check it out. Medical Medium Podcast at Apple Podcast. The avocado
episode released last night, right? Avocado or your avocado toast? You guys got to check
it out when you get a chance. It's really informative. Filled with a lot of information.
I even talk about replacement for breast milk in case a mommy can't breastfeed. And I talk
about how the avocado can be used in that. So you want to check it out when you get a chance.
Good to see you guys coming on here. I'm making a guacamole right now too, you guys,
which I'm excited about. So if you're coming on here, I'm making a medicinal guacamole, right?
Not just guacamole, not just a little bit of lemon and a little avocado and people put olive
oil in their guacamole, whatever, not just a guacamole. I'm making a medicine guacamole,
like medicine, that kind of guacamole, which I'm really excited about you guys.
So that's what I'm making.
So I'm just getting you guys ready.
We're live right now on Instagram.
We're live on TikTok, live on Telegram too right now.
So I don't know if you guys are ready, but we're going to do avocados.
We're talking about avocados.
What you're going to learn in this avocado episode, right?
Got some notes here, okay?
Discover why this avocado trend is not at all one size fits all.
That's important to know.
Learn how some medical professionals were taught to avoid the avocado, like even Dr. Nesbitt.
Dr. Nesbitt was taught to avoid the avocado, so that's another thing there too.
So, and all doctors in the past were told to avoid avocado because it was dangerous, toxic, poisonous, right?
How about that?
So, you guys got to listen to the episode. Seriously, it's really good.
But get to know how the fat from avocado can be used as a transition, transitory, transition food right here from bad fats, right?
The whole bit.
More so than that, though.
And I talk about why the details matter when it comes to the avocado, you guys.
See what the deal is about the omega-6s in the avocado in this episode.
So you guys got to check it out.
Medical Medium Podcast at Apple Podcast, right?
Avocado episode released last night.
Check it out when you get a chance, all right?
I'm making a guacamole.
Discover how food science is lacking when it comes to the avocado.
Surprise, surprise, surprise.
Food science doesn't know everything.
We know that.
They don't know hardly anything about food, okay?
So that's important to know.
And leafy green salads.
Fats to use, fats not to use when you're doing a leafy green salad.
So that's a whole thing all on its own, right?
Lots of incredible information right here.
right? I talk about a lot of stuff with the avocado you don't want to miss out. So it's
going to be really fun, a really good episode. So that's important. So you guys, I want you to
check it out when you get a chance and learn that there are times to use the avocado when you're
sick or not. So there's times to use the avocado, depending on if you're chronically ill, you got a
sickness, if you got a skin condition, if you're struggling with something, there's times to use
the avocado and times not to use the avocado. So you guys, I'm making right now guacamole,
but I got some comments here too. Ingi said, wow, I need to know how you handle the bashing when you
know you're right decades later. I told you, just doesn't seem to cut it. So I told you so,
just doesn't seem to cut it. What Ingi's talking about is in the episode, I talk about how I was
bashed for and ridiculed for saying the avocado was good for you. I was hit on all angles because
of it, all of it, all of it. So you guys need to know there. So what happens is people don't realize
that when I was promoting the avocado, promoting the avocado, all those years, everybody was like,
no, it's bad. So I was hit on all sides, right? All angles. That's what happened. You know,
people are like, no, you don't know what you're talking about. You don't know anything about the
avocado. What are you doing? The avocado is bad. It's poisonous. It's toxic. It's too fattening.
It's bad for your heart. So that was a thing all on its own. So decades ago, when I was promoting
the avocado and teaching people how to use it, people were saying, oh, no way, no way.
Not going to go near the avocado. No way. I can't do the avocado. Can't. It's bad for my heart.
Bad for me.
No way.
In medical universities, doctors were taught to stay away from avocado.
Teach their patients not to eat avocado.
And we know in medical universities, they didn't talk about food.
They didn't learn anything about food, but they were taught to stay away from the avocado, you guys.
You guys, coming on here, because I wanted to tell you about the avocado episode.
We released it last night.
Let's make some guacamole right now, okay?
So I got some avocados in front of me right now.
This is not just a guacamole.
This is a medicinal guacamole, right?
So this is a medicine guacamole.
If you're going to have guacamole, you can have it really medicinal, okay?
So that's important to know.
You can have it on more of the medicinal side, right?
You can use guacamole or avocado as medicine if you know how to use it, if you know what you're putting in the avocado too, okay?
So I'm just opening up some avocados right now.
So I always tell you guys, watch out for the butt right there.
It'll end up in somebody's guacamole and they'll break a tooth, right?
there it is. Sits right on the end of the avocado. I've seen so many people make guacamole
at home, and this always goes in the bowl. It's hard as a rock. Could bust somebody's filling out.
It could bust a crown out, and that's what people are up against, and they don't even know it, right?
So this is the second guacamole I'm making today. Maybe we'll make it better.
So I'm doing some avocados now. You guys can see. I'm not going to make a small one,
Like a one, just a one avocado.
Now you can.
You can make one avocado guacamole.
Making a few avocados.
It's a bigger batch.
Okay.
That's what I'm doing.
Guys just came on here.
We're talking about the avocado show I just released last night.
Check it out when you get a chance.
Let's do one more now.
Let's go with one more avocado.
That one's perfect right there.
Take the bud out.
See?
See, that's the stem, right?
That's the stem where the plant had the stem. Basically there was the stem going
right to it like that. Okay. Plucked it off the tree and then this dried up on
the top. See how I took it off right there? Very important to do. So many people
make it at home, it goes in there. I mean seriously, it really messes people up.
you're having a friend over and they hit it really hard and they're like what did
you just put in the guacamole you just broke my tooth man and that thing's
hard to rock sometimes depending so I got some avocados open open one more
this one right here now what you see before me you guys is a lot of herbs
Right?
A lot of herbs in here.
So that's the key.
Let's scoop this out into a bowl right here.
So if you check out this episode of Medical Meant Podcast at Apple Podcasts,
you can also check it out on Spotify, right?
Listen to it there.
you'll hear a lot of information about the avocado that you might not have heard before
that you're unfamiliar with. I talk about like things like if you're sick if you're somebody
dealing with chronic illness if you got like some type of chronic illness you're battling
some symptoms you're battling right how to use avocado then and how not to use it like is it
right for you with what you're dealing with. That's why the medical medium books it's not
one size fits all. Some people really shouldn't be on an avocado in the moment, but they can be on
it when they're in a different situation. Some people, they can be on avocado every day.
And then there's also times to eat avocado too, like not having it in the morning because you
don't want to have a fat in the morning. So you could do a little bit of cleansing.
So that's important all on its own. You can do a little bit of cleansing.
you can't cleanse if you're having fats in the morning.
So if you're having nut butters and oils
and dairy, milk, butter in the morning
you're not going to cleanse ever.
So then all your toxins build up
and they build up inside your liver
and they build up and they stay inside your liver
and they never cleanse out.
So if you're going to have your avocado
and you want to still cleanse in the morning
keep your morning fat free
and talk about that in the medical medium books.
Right? So I'm scooping out the avocado right now, which you guys can see.
We're getting everything in here. It's a bigger guacamole, not a smaller one.
Now this is a harder avocado right here, but I'm able to get some of it in.
So this one wasn't totally ripe enough to actually make a guacamole, unless you want to work it a little bit more.
but I'm getting some of the riper parts in there. What you don't want is a mushy avocado.
So you don't want an avocado that's actually too brown, too mushy. When you go to the store and
you're buying avocados, buy them green. If you guys can, buy them green. Okay. That's important
to know. Ripen them at home because if you don't, you don't know if they were dropped in the store,
on the ground, bruised on one side. You open it up, it's all these brown spots, right?
You might get it. It's too mushy too. You might get one that's way too mushy.
So what I'm doing right here is I'm doing kind of like a light chop in here. I don't like a
pureed creamy avocado. I don't like it being like literally like some kind of soup. I've seen people
make guacamole and they make avocado soup. Like legit, it's avocado puree or a nasty avocado soup,
you know? A few years ago, a friend had me over. They're like, I made you a guacamole, AW.
you. I'm like, thanks. Can't wait to have some. Can't wait to try some. Right. I got there and
I was like, so where's the guacamole? And he was like, it's right there. It's in that bowl.
I said, that's just green puke. That's not guacamole, man. Where's the guacamole? He's
like, what do you mean? And it was like literally soup. It was guacamole soup. So I made it with
lemon and garlic. I said, what the heck did you do? So what I did was I went to his kitchen
and he had more avocados and I made him a guacamole, right?
And I was like, whoa, that's the way to do it?
I don't like it.
I like it when it's got a little bit where it's not totally blended up,
where you've got pieces in there.
It keeps it actually fresher.
It'll brown less because of it.
It's not just about lemon keeping it from browning.
It's about also making sure you don't mash it or blend it or puree it to death.
So that's important right there, okay?
So I got that mashed up right there, which is great.
Let's start getting some herbs in there.
So move this along right here.
Let's get some herbs in there.
So rosemary.
If you guys just got on here, I released a podcast episode.
It's called Avocado.
Are you avocado toast, right?
Now, these rosemary plants right here that were growing in my yard,
I cut them to bring them here to show you guys, you know, that I'm putting rosemary in.
But I leave them on the plant in my yard.
I leave them and I usually just do this, right?
I pull them off and I let them grow back.
This way they grow back quicker, like that.
So that's pretty cool right there.
All right, I got a lot of rosemary right here.
If you guys take a look.
Pile rosemary up.
Can I see you on TikTok?
Right?
So what I'm doing is chopping up the rosemary.
Now, this is an herb, heavy-duty, intense herb guacamole.
It's loaded with a lot of herbs.
Makes it medicinal is what it does.
So I'm giving it a chop.
on you guys.
Just got to check something real quick.
You guys just got on here.
We're talking about my podcast episode.
Medical Medium Podcast.
Link is in the bio.
Check it out.
So I just chopped up some rosemary right there.
That's going in the guacamole.
Right?
All that fresh rosemary.
You can chop it up even a little finer than that.
I like it a little finer, but that's actually pretty good.
That's in there, right?
All right, so we'll go to the next herb.
Mustard greens.
These ones are right out of the garden.
Mustard greens, they call them greens.
But really, the truth is, people don't know, is it's an herb.
Without a doubt.
it's a very spicy, spicy herb.
I know people will be like,
well, no, I look them up,
and they do say it's just a green.
And maybe they're changing that
because I've been talking about it being an herb
for so many years in the past,
but it is an herb.
It's highly medicinal.
So that's the mustard leaves right there.
Right in.
That. Okay. Lemon balm. Pull some lemon balm out of the garden right here.
I'm going to pop a little bit of lemon balm in that guacamole.
So we got rosemary. We got mustard greens. We got lemon balm going in here. I mean, this is serious.
Right? Boom. Lemon balm. That's going in the guacamole. That's in there. Sage.
So it's the next one.
I like lots of sage in my guacamole right there.
Really medicinal, all on its own, the sage.
Guys, if you just came on, link is in the bio.
Avocado was released last night.
Avocado episode, RU Avocado Toast.
I'm showing you guys my heavily medicinal version of guacamole right here.
That's the each right there all chopped up.
It's guacamole.
I want to show you how it's coming along.
Take a look on Instagram right there.
Right?
It's all the herbs piling up right on TikTok.
Right there, you guys.
Telegram.
Boom.
in there. Let's keep it going. A little bit of thyme. This thyme has dried out. It came out of
my garden, but it's nice and dry. So I'm just getting a whole bunch of it out like that.
You guys know how I feel about thyme for real, right? I'm like crazy about it. Thyme water,
thyme tea.
Thyme water, thyme tea, the whole bit.
Boom.
Look at all that.
Right in here.
Rosemary thyme, sage, mustard greens.
Garlic chives.
Right?
Okay, what you see here is garlic chives.
I don't know if you ever tried them.
Incredible. And then scallions, right? Garlic chives and scallions.
So I'm chopping them up a little bit.
So I love onions in my guacamole. Now, guacamole, because avocado has fat,
it can hide strong, strong flavors. So you can get more medicine in you and it can hide those
strong flavors, right? Of the medicine. You're not just going to sit here and just eat all this
oregano, like, you know, just off the plant. Of course you can have some like that, right? I mean,
I do that. I pick it out of the garden, but it's really strong stuff. A whole bunch of it like that
fresh. But the fat in the avocado hides it. There's the chives. There's the onions, onion tops,
right? Scallions. Got that in there. Let's get a little oregano. It's the one thing I didn't put
in yet. So you got some oregano going in there. Think about the medicine in this food. This isn't
just a guacamole now with a little tomato, which tomatoes are medicinal too. You can have that
with that. But think about that this is like herbs. Right?
Oregano. Boom.
See what that's turning into? Let's get the medicinal peppers now, right? Those are
the herbs. Okay. Now I like putting a little bit
bit of onion in. I do like to put a little bit. You don't have to have onion in your guacamole.
You don't have to. I like to have it in there. I love onion.
You don't have to have it in there if you don't want to. Make it your way or the highway, right?
peppers.
Got one right here.
Let's chop that up and throw that in the guacamole.
But tomatoes are nightshades.
Endometriosis girls aren't supposed to have the nightshades.
They're not.
Professionals that tell endometriosis girls
that they shouldn't have nightshades
are professionals that don't know why the girls have endometriosis.
But if you knew why you had endometriosis, which they don't know, they don't know, professionals don't know why any girl has endometriosis.
If you knew why you had endometriosis, you would know tomatoes were amazing for you.
Sounds like you don't know the medical medium books, right?
All the different medical medium books right here.
Go to the library.
Get the book for free.
Cost you nothing.
Okay?
Right?
Sarah Chalice says endometriosis is inflammation.
No, it's not.
Not inflammation.
Another person that doesn't know anything about endometriosis.
So what you'll learn about endometriosis, the truth about it, is that it's pathogen-caused.
It's caused by pathogens.
Learn how and why.
Get the book free out of the library.
You'll know why you have inflammation.
Pathogens are the actually creator of endometriosis.
Pathogens.
So it's important to know.
And you know what's sad?
Is there's going to be millions more and millions of more women with endometriosis.
And they'll never know.
They'll never learn.
No one will ever tell them.
The industry won't tell them.
professionals won't tell them why they have endometriosis
and they'll be in the dark
and they won't know how to fix it
or stave it off
or help heal
they'll never know
and that's how the world is
because the world's twisted
and the world is actually partially evil too
and that's the sad part
they'll tell you the wrong things
so you can't heal
and that's how the world works
so many people healing from endometriosis
in the medical medium community
just so you know
So sad, so sad.
So I got some peppers here.
I'm going to pop another pepper in this guacamole right here.
It really is sad when I think about it.
But it's like that with so many other conditions.
It's like that with PCOS.
They don't know why women have PCOS.
They have no idea.
I mean, if they grab a medical medium book, they'll learn.
But it's just like that.
And you think, okay, you ready for this?
So maybe you're somebody and you think that medical medium is bullshit.
Why would he know anything?
How would he know anything about endometriosis?
Why would he even know?
All the professionals are right.
They know what the real cause is, right?
And you're thinking, you know, this guy's a jerk.
Why would he even say he knows?
Well, medical medium information knew that multiple sclerosis was caused by Epstein-Barr.
Right here, in detail.
And then Harvard Medical School World, Harvard doctors,
released recently the true cause of multiple sclerosis.
almost a decade later after I published it.
Keep in mind that millions of the books sold around the world,
millions of the medical medium book teaching people
that multiple sclerosis was caused by Epstein-Barr.
Millions.
Doctors' offices around the world,
patients coming in, telling their doctors.
10 years, almost 10 years later, right?
Almost 10 years later,
Harvard takes the information from this book
and publishes it.
It's a New York Times bestselling book too.
That's how it works.
You know?
But yeah.
And the same thing with, well, another thing too.
Same thing with long bleep, right?
So long haul bleep.
Same thing with long haul bleep.
Caused by Epstein-Barr and shingles.
And I talk about that in the book, right?
Medical medium published it first.
And then science takes it later.
So if I'm like full of it about endometriosis, like why would I know anything about endometriosis?
Why would Harvard then publish almost a decade later something that I already got out there in the world in millions of people's hands and in a New York Times bestselling book and in doctors' hands, the true cause of multiple sclerosis?
How's that possible?
So right there.
So think about it.
So yeah, endometriosis is – there's a real cause for it and you don't – do what your doctor tells you.
But I tell my friends, anybody who comes with me, you know, anybody comes to me, anybody, if they have a friend that has endometriosis, I'll tell my friend, yeah, you can eat a tomato.
Exactly.
All right.
So let's make this guacamole, you guys.
So we're talking about the Medical Medium Podcast, an Apple Podcast, a number one podcast, okay, that millions have listened to, and many of them health professionals.
So it is what it is.
All right, you guys, let's keep this going, okay?
So I'm making guacamole right here.
And what I'm doing is I'm mixing in these herbs.
There's a lot of herbs in here.
We're talking about rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano, mustard greens, which is an herb, right?
Scallions, garlic chives, right?
All in here.
The sad part is the industry doesn't care if anybody suffers.
The industry doesn't care if someone has a disease or a condition or symptom.
They don't care.
And then they just, who cares, you know?
Like, who cares if someone suffers with endometriosis for years, the rest of their life?
Who cares?
They don't care.
That's why they, like, don't even want to know the truth about what causes what.
It's incredible, really.
So I'm going to put lemon in here, you guys, right now.
We're talking about the Medical Meeting Podcast at Apple Podcasts, also Spotify.
You can listen to it there.
I'm putting a half a lemon in, but I'm really going to be putting more lime in.
Lemon is a medicine all on its own, right?
But I'm putting a couple of limes in here, okay?
So lime works differently with the consistency of avocado fat.
Avocado fat and avocado sugar really pops when you pop lime in there.
It also has a chemical reaction with it, which is incredible too.
It's very helpful.
Helping to basically extract nutrients.
So I put lime in here. There's lemon in here. I'm mixing this up.
All right. Now you'll see this guacamole, right, is not just a puree. That's what it looks like.
So this is a different kind of guacamole. This is a guacamole that's basically for medicinal
purposes. I call it medicine. It's loaded with herbs. Okay. Let me put some hot pepper in there,
like the real thing, right? Let's put some cayenne, maybe some jalapeno too. Okay. So I got the cayenne
right here. That's a cayenne pepper out of my garden. I like my guacamole hot.
I'm even going to take this jalapeno, which is a ripe red jalapeno right here. It's going to my
guacamole now too. Now that's medicinal as well, but that's a fruit, right? We're putting us herbs
in here. Now that's a really hot jalapeno pepper. I know because I've been eating them lately and man,
these suckers are hot.
So, and you might
be sensitive to that and it might be not
something you want to do.
Right?
But you might be one of those people that you really
love your spice, right?
Don't rub your eye.
Don't hit all that hot pepper
and get it on your hand and then
be like, well, hold on here and rub your eye.
That's not a smart thing to do right there.
You don't want to do that.
Okay? Just letting you know. A lot of people, they learn the hard way, even when they know and they're experienced.
All right, so I'm mixing that hot pepper in. Now, there's no salt in here.
I think I should put salt in here, you guys. I think I should put a high-quality sea salt in here.
You guys want salt in your guacamole and in you guys?
Should I put that in here?
No.
Don't.
Don't.
Because you don't need the salt.
It pops without it.
There's mineral salts in all the different herbs.
Right?
The lime has mineral salts in it.
The lemon has mineral salts in it.
You don't need the added salt.
And salt makes it sweat.
It sweats it.
And I don't like a sweaty guacamole personally where all of a sudden all the moisture is being poured.
out of it, right? And mutated. I don't like that. That's what the salt does is it sweats it and it
mutates it. And I don't like that. It's actually not a great thing. Plus the salt can build up.
Salt deposits can build up. I talk about it in the brain book, you guys, right?
Keep on doing the salt every day. Put more salt in, put more salt, meaning added salt,
even the good stuff, right? Even added salt. A.W. saved my life. Ten different doctors,
migraines, anxiety, chronic fatigue, dry eyes, insomnia. This man saved me. Bless him
to those who are trolls. You're missing out. Carly Dukes, honored, truly honored. Really,
Carly, you're amazing. So what happens is when we over salt everything, guess where that salt
ends up depositing. It ends up storing up in the liver. You get salt deposits in the liver.
Salt deposits that aren't beneficial in the brain right here. Keep that in mind. You don't need to
throw salt in everything, guys. You don't have to salt the crap out of everything. You don't need
to. This pops right here without the salt. It's really good, okay? I made one earlier.
voila voila right got one right here you guys guys on telegram okay check that out what you'll
see is some cucumbers right there you can dip that in here you see tomatoes you can put the guacamole
right on a slice of tomato do you guys ever do that do you ever take a slice of tomato like this
and you just put the guacamole right on the tomato could take the bell peppers dip that in there right
cucumber you can do that a wedge of onion my favorite way to have guacamole is to put
guacamole on a wedge of onion right there and look you got a celery stick right there okay
you can get a little bit of that guacamole at the celery stick
really good man so
So, you guys, you have to check out the Medical Meme Podcast at Apple Podcasts, right?
Avocado's the episode.
Tell everybody.
Share the episode if you can.
If you can leave a podcast view, that would be incredible, right?
On Apple or Spotify, if you get a chance.
I'm excited because I'm pumped up about this guacamole.
Now, this is a medicinal guacamole.
And you don't need to put it on anything. You don't need to put it on toast. You don't have to have it on toast. You don't have to have it on, you know, because a lot of people don't have it on toast, right? But you can have it just like this. This is a really potent herb one right there. All the herbs are in here. Rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano, mustard greens, really spicy. Lemon balm is in this.
So I took some lemon balm, chopped it up. Garlic chives are in here. You're welcome to put garlic in there. That's the one thing I actually forgot to put in there. Garlic chives are in there. They got a garlic flavor. And then you got the scallions in there too. And then the red bell peppers. You can eat the red bell peppers like this. And then the red hot peppers in here.
so good you put the lime in the lemon chop up a little red onion you got yourself a medicine
guacamole now check out in the episode when you guys get a chance right the avocado episode i talk
about like when is a good time to have avocado for people what happens if you're sick or you're
not sick how does it work with avocado same thing with the liver like how does the body work with

breastfeed. I talk about how to make breast milk with avocado. So that's something you don't want
to miss. Check it out. It's a great episode. And I'm excited. So anyway, you guys, incredible.
Guys are amazing. I didn't have cilantro right now. So I didn't have cilantro to put in. I didn't
have cilantro in the garden and I didn't have cilantro in stock right now in my fridge. So
that's why I didn't put the cilantro in here, but I would love to put cilantro in this guacamole.
You know, that would be great.
Anyway, guys, love you guys.
